(Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President & Representative Director: Shinya Yamada; hereinafter “Fujia”), which operates the online assistant service “Fujiko-san.”
Guided by its vision of “Making online assistants the norm in Japan,” Fujia provides a service that enables companies to outsource essential non-core and back-office operations to online assistants on an as-needed basis. Without incurring the time, effort, or cost associated with recruiting and training in-house staff, clients can rely on teams of assistants with diverse professional backgrounds and experience. The service flexibly covers a wide range of tasks, including accounting and finance, HR and labor management, general affairs, web design, website operations, translation, call center services, and expense processing.
