(Head Office: Sapporo, Hokkaido; Representative Director: Ayaka Maekawa; hereinafter “LIFE CREATE”), a company operating women-only boutique fitness studios.
Under the slogan “Love Your Life,” LIFE CREATE operates four purpose-driven boutique fitness brands targeting F1 and F2 demographics, with a total of 81 locations nationwide. Of its approximately 500 employees, 99% are women, and 100% of its instructors are employed as full-time staff. Guided by its corporate philosophy, “Empowering women to love themselves and shine,” highly engaged employees have delivered emotionally resonant exercise experiences to more than 200,000 cumulative members, creating meaningful value that supports women’s lives.
