Through its custom salad specialty chain “CRISP Salad Works,” CRISP is driving the evolution of the foodservice industry through technology.
Founded in 2014 under the purpose of “Turn Japan’s restaurant industry upside down,” CRISP aims to transform Japan’s dining industry through technology while challenging traditional conventions and assumptions. The company continues to create new restaurant experiences that redefine the future of eating out. Recognizing CRISP’s strong potential to shape the next generation of foodservice, we have decided to invest.
